Project Learning Tree: Explore Your Environment K-8 Workshop – Sold Out
Pack a lunch, dress to be outdoors, and join Henricus Historical Park and the Department of Forestry for an education workshop. After this workshop, you will receive certificate of completion, an Explore Your Environment PLT guide, & have the confidence & skills to use PLT activities with K-8 students. Our agenda includes a tour of the park.
- Become a Project Learning Tree-certified educator
- Be engaged in a hands-on workshop for both formal and nonformal educators
- Investigate environmental topics with indoor and outdoor activities
- Receive PLT’s Explore Your Environment Guide, correlated to national and state k-8 academic standards
