Adult Program – Cultures Clash (16+)

When the English colonists arrived in Virginia, they settled in Tsenacomoco, the thriving chiefdom and political alliance of Algonquian-speaking Indians under the leadership of Chief Powhatan. Take a guided tour of Henricus Historical Park to discover how the English settlers coexisted and clashed with their Powhatan neighbors during the early days of the Virginia colony.
